“On my way to Palm Springs this past Thursday morning when my Jeep started what's called a death wobble. It's a problem that eventually happens to most Jeeps, which is caused by either the suspension or steering. After leaving the 10 and finding a safe place to call AAA. My experience after having AAA for 20 years is that the contract with excellent companies. Within 20 minutes the driver arrived and had my car on the flatbed. My mechanic went out of business and the driver gave me a few minutes to locate another location in West Hollywood. The driver was very friendly and the cab was clean. After dropping the Jeep off at the shop he gave me a lift to my apt a few blocks away. EXCELLENT service. In the confusion I didn't get the driver's name and I feel bad about that. I'd really like to give him a shout out.”

From initial intake of assessing the damage, getting estimates, and drop-off to the final result of the repair and pick-up, the entire process was perfectly streamlined and transparent. Everyone I've worked with at CARSTAR-Douglas (John K, Arshak, Nazeli, and Susie) were all excellent. They were cordial, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I truly felt like they looked out for my best interest at every stage in the process.
They've done beautiful job on my car, virtually no trace of any damage to the fender and more, finishing a day earlier than scheduled. It never looked this good since we got the car 10+ years ago. The team also went above and beyond and took care of minor cosmetic scruffs as well as a complimentary car wash, which were very kind of them.
I was referred to this location by a friend, and I confidently recommend CARSTAR Douglas to anyone in need as well.”

“Long overdue review here but better late than never!! 5 Stars for the entire crew over at Alliance. I’ve been going there for years now along with my family. They have an incredibly professional staff that takes care of everything and just makes the process so convenient. Last time I was there I just gave them my claim number from the insurance company, Mike arranged a tow truck and handled the entire claims process for me. A weeks later my car was ready for pick up and looked just like new. I highly recommend this body shop for anyone who’s looking for the right place.”
“Took my jeep here to get repaired through Kemper insurance, I searched it on my own. They referred me to a car rental that’s nearby. They were all helpful and communicated on the status of my car and any updates, whole process took a week from getting my car in, approval from
Insurance and ordering the part. Very happy with the service ! I would recommend to anyone to come here! They’re a wonderful family !
Also, if you do go through insurance make sure you are constantly reaching your adjuster! It’s a pain to even get a response.”

“We were stuck on the 110 shoulder for two hours, because AAA was having issues and kept saying they were sending us somebody from another tow company and they never showed up. But finally we were saved by Jesse from action towing. It was a really unsafe area where we were and he was super sweet and told us to just wait in the car. He not only gave us our gas, but he also jumped the car since the battery had died since we had waited so long. The other tow company was absolutely terrible but Jessie from action towing got there within 20 minutes and saved our night.”
