The process to getting a unit was super easy, you can do almost anything through your phone too, from getting to your unit to paying your bill. “The owner George is super honest. I work for and HVAC company and we take our vehicles here to get serviced. He quotes us and never pressures us to make the repair. It's always a recommendation, and if there's multiple repairs needed, he'll recommend what to prioritize.
There was one time that they accidentally cracked one of the rear lights and to be honest, I wouldn't have known but he went ahead and replaced it. This place is owned by a man of integrity and we'll keep bringing our vehicles to him.”

“Rented a cargo van at the Frogtown location- Ronald was EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience- He installed a phone holder since there wasn’t a screen navigation in the van and also an adapter so that I could listen to my phone ( music/ podcasts) while driving.
He was very friendly and accommodating and id certainly rent from here again.”

“Service was good but they forgot to tell me at the start where the liftgate button was or that it has one and had to spend unnecessary time on that but we called and found the button and it worked fine after that

I remember the first time I rented from them I found there ad in the yellowpages ,I first rented here in 2010 and Lucas helped me out to get where I needed to go so smoothly.. and promptly …then I met his brother as well as there father who also has a car sales lot not too far from Xpress auto rental who are also cool guys .For over 15 years they have been there for me as well as my father for our rental car needs .When your true to your word they will have your back and will work to accommodate your rental needs .. clean cars ! Good selection! Well maintained! And great deals …overall a Great company, great people ,and great family .!!!”

“You make an appt for service & reserve parts then the parts are not here. They say they cant pick up truck & then they pick up truck. They say you cant drop trailer & then you can drop trailer. This location is super hit or miss. I think they mean well & the workers are cool and attentive but sheesh man. 0 parking & space here fyi. Good turn around time for sure.”

“It's always complicated to move and rent a truck. Until you get lucky and choose PENSKE at 2300 E. Olympic. Not just good they've FANTASTIC!!! From start to finish, they work WITH you and the savings add up with their monthly promotions they offer. Jessica their kind and knowledgeable location manager, is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! I wouldn't think of renting anywhere else nor should you. The distance it takes to rent here is ok because of their 1ST CLASS SERVICE and when doing the math, you'll always save the most here”
“This so-called "UHaul Neighborhood Dealer" is actually Kayso Intl Inc. The white young man working there is fantatic. He went out of his way to help; without him, I would be in deep trouble.
On the other hand, UHaul's headquarters and regional office administrators and managers are terrible. They screw things up. They just sent me a feedback form and offered me to share it here. My feedback is "The question "Did your goods arrive safely" does not make sense. You have not shipped it to my home, how do I know whether it arrives safely. There are other things that do not make sense. For example UHaul emailed me a couple receipts tonight seemingly related to the UBox rental but it uses code like "AA" as the "equipment" I rented and language that is non-understandable. No idea what UHaul are talking about. That clearly shows that UHaul workers are very self centered and do not really know what they are doing."”
“This location is my go to. I also get propane here as well. Only new procedure i dislike is that now if you want to rent a vehicle, they require you to download their app. Which i definitely an against. But with that said, plenty of rentals here, staff is super accommodating and friendly. The drop off is easy peesie. Thank you guys n gals.

She helped us smoothly transition the move of our personal items from her Pasadena location using a U-Box to arranging a pick-up to be shipped to our new home base in Cork, Ireland! We had no idea we could accomplish emptying our storage unit nearby and filling the U-Box in one day, while also taking inventory for customs and wrapping everything! Julie made it all possible! She sells the moving supplies, and she is super kind, professional, and resourceful.”
