Wife went to the bank to close out an unused account and was told need to have an appointment. Setup an appointment and latter on Diana called and told my wife she could Zelle out the money and close the account online. Hmmmm. Great experience?

This Wells Fargo branch is poorly managed. Only one teller serving customers. The lady who is presumably supervisor failed to step up to help customers; on the other hand taking on the phone. Very poor customer service. Banker staff is so unprofessional and unknowable about their banking system and procedures.

They suck. I needed 3 checks and they charged me $3....... $3 to use my money..... she was kind enough to say she could get the manager to waive the fee.... Another 10 minutes
