I definitely recommend downloading the app for a fast and convenient car wash. I finally got tired of seeing 3 to 4 cars pass me in line while I was paying! It works great and now I get to pass up the person in line that has to pay for theirs.

Just got the works membership and car came out dirty and really wet and then went to vacuum and all vacuums had little to no suction

Tommy's carwash up San jacinto, a great place to get your car washed. I remember coming when it first opened and it's very competitive with other franchises.
Really cool features like the vacuums and free floor mat cleaners, are awesome. Adds something new to the experience.
My favorite feature about this middle priced car wash(compared to others the top wash is only $24) is the conveyor belt for your car. It's not one of the ones where your tire has to get locked into the track to pull your car.
I only have to go through once for normal car dirt, bird poop sometimes takes an extra once over.
I do cross town just to go to this location over let's say others like shine city.

I would not recommend this car wash. Car was damaged and the team assured me they would have their mechanic work on it. Instead, they gave me the run around for months and I had to follow up over 10 times for the mechanic to finally call and say the car wash wasn't responsible for the damage. Horrible service.

The car wash itself was wonderful :-) I love the Express in and out no waiting in big lines. My car looks shiny and new every time I go through. The only problem I have is that the dryers are too short of a time and they don't dry my car very well. My car is always got water spots all over it when I'm done. On the windshield and the sides of the car and the mirrors. So it leaves water spots. I have the works package. So I don't think that I should have that issue if I'm going through there with the most expensive package. Otherwise I love it :-)

I changed my membership from the Go Car Wash in Hemet to Tommy’s Car Wash about 3 weeks ago.
I am very happy with the quality wash and always clean facility.
I want to thank the crew in San Jacinto for a wonderful job on the Haunted Car Wash experience. I had a lot of fun. Even a scare by the clown at the end of the car wash.
So great !!!!
