“Funny story on my expericne at the Uhaul in Hemet, Ca as the associate was helping rent the truck I had reserved, in that moment there was a power outage, did she send me away with no truck? absolutely not the associate took out her phone connected to thier website and was able to process my rental, went completely out of her way even though the power outage could have been a reason to have said no come back later, she instead went out of her way!!! excellent customer service.”

“The BEST experience I have ever had with a Uhaul......Staff were great, informative and helpful. Truck was in perfect condition and ready to go. I liked the fact it only had 1/4 tank of fuel, easier to manage when returned.....The store was well supplied and when I call in to asked questions prior to renting, I talked with a very informative woman who went out of her way to look everything up and discuss my questions. THAT sealed the DEAL to use Uhaul. Don't be fooled by other rentals, I found the add-on insurance at Uhaul was OVER half the cost of well know other rental agencies, So just because the others trucks may be cheaper, once you add on the insurance...it's way more expensive. And your consumer auto insurance will not cover a UHaul truck, check, but pretty sure no-go as it's a commercial truck! Yup learned all that and verified it to be true and correct!”
