Long wait times, staff move slow and only 2 people doing dmv stuff. This isn't the first time they say it's going to take more than 30 minutes for simple paperwork
Other branches have all hands on deck. Any one will handle your quick dmv paperwork. Over here I see atleast 4 agents chatting and not attending to anyone.
Save yourself the hassle and headache and go to another branch. Better yet Dmv itself will be quicker than here.

Jason McCallum provided a seamless experience at the front desk to help with scheduling an oil change and provided me referrals for other services not offered at AAA (e.g. interior detailing, body work). Jason truly provided a world class service and I couldn’t have been more grateful. Special shoutouts to Boni and Stephanie as well. Will be coming back soon.

I arrived to this location to add a family member to my car registration and to complete the annual registration.
Was seen within 5min and took care of all my needs.
This branch opens the earliest in the south bay.
Parking is convenient.
Will return here for future needs.

Was here for an International Driving Permit. In and out within 15min on a Saturday afternoon. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Been a member for a long period of time and had been rejected to use DMV services to renew registration and staff here very rude and disrespectful and wood be subjected as condescending
You pay for AAA services but when attempting to use them there rejection and policies on why you can't use what you pay for

Great experience doing title transfer (DMV service) on a Saturday. No lines, friendly staff, quick service, easy parking. Can't imagine that at DMV :)

I went there to obtain registration & title for vehicle purchased out of state. Susanna was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this branch if you want to have your job taken care of fast and easy. I had gone to another branch on Capitol Expwy. where they were inefficient and seemed to be looking for problems in a simple process that was straight forward.
