Still haven't received my order that was scheduled for August 9th. Called the company, they needed to 'look' for it and would call back, never did. Still trying to get through to them. Very poor customer service.
Extremely unprofessional and rude. They give you time window between 8-6 and expect you to wait for them! I understand 2 hour time window but not the whole day!Michelle was very unprofessional and rude.Highly recommend not choosing them
We moved from CA to MO and every step of the way was seamless with U-Pack. The drivers were very nice. Everything was delivered in a timely manner. And customer service was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. We would definitely use them again.
