My tracking #ABF freight 106982338 showed delivered on Aug 5, waited and no one showed up. Called the next day the supervisor said: Not sure if the packages will be delivered today...
Terible service. Don't even know their own schedule.

Want to add to my recent review - ABF made a great choice to work with ACC (Active Carrier Corp.). Oscar at ACC delivered pre-fab galvanized spiral stairs that were shipped from Pennsylvania. Oscar was extremely helpful, answered all questions and made the delivery on time. We had been waiting for several weeks for the shipment from Pennsylvania. Oscar made sure that once it arrived in California we received it within a day. Great customer service Oscar at ACC!
Big shout out to Ben Matson at ABF Freight San Jose, CA! Great customer service and quality delivery. On two separate occasions we had a cross country freight delivery from Jacksonville, FL to California. The delivery company got the large containers/pods from state to state but would not deliver to our home in Monterey, CA. Ben Matson and his staff, including Diana Maravilla were able to deliver the large containers to our home. Once containers were emptied they sent someone out promptly to pick up them up. Excellent job and great customer service.

The absence of difficulties and the flexibility of the great people in the SJ freight hub will make me push my supplier to use ABF for all future shipments to me, after having had my fair share of bad logistics experiences with other companies. It could not have been more seamless getting two giant pallets from across the country to their final destination, and the ABF folks have been on schedule on every step in the process and showed great flexibility in splitting up the loading across two days to accommodate for my limited hauling capacity.

Kudos to Active Carriers Corp., working with ABF. They made the process easy, answered questions clearly and showed up on time. Delivered to a site which other carriers would not. Highly recommend them.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Active Carrier for going above and beyond taking care of a delivery for my store through ABF. They stood on business and helped make a sticky situation right and got my business what we needed when we needed it and I can’t thank them enough for going out of their way to make it happen. Looking forward to continuing working with ABF and ACC thanks to their level of customer service & hard work.

I had an order of tile through Wayfair that was to be handed off to ABF for final delivery. Wayfair gave me a bit of a runaround, but I was able to track down this San Jose location as the next stop. With the help of Steven at ABF, was able to arrange a will call pick up. He went out of his way to help me track down this freight and follow up with me, and it is much appreciate.

Not so sure for those 1 star comments but today 5/8/23 I received my TV smoothly from ABF. The lady (sorry I forgot to ask her name) who delivered the TV is super nice, helped me to load the TV, transfer it onto my hand truck then then make sure I move into the elevator.

Had a great experience with Rick and Erica from ABF Freight. Rick was so friendly and helpful. I was stressed about the delivery process, but he made it easy. On time and friendly!
