We've had their service for over 3 years now and recently had our ADT signs broken by our gardeners. I called to have them replaced and it was a complete runaround nightmare. I literally had to speak with 4 different people and waste over 30 minutes on the phone before getting any traction at all.

We had an excellent experience with Larry Kleebauer, a technician at ADT. We had an installation of a doorbell camera and several outside security cameras. The system works very well and the technical support from Larry was exceptional. He was very patient, explained the system and answered all our questions.
