“My wife and I stopped by Fast Bicycle yesterday on our way to Half Moon Bay for a special cycling and running day together. Right before loading the bikes, the valve on my rear tire failed. We were already running late, and I asked if they could help immediately. Even though they were busy and said it would be difficult, they found a way to fit me in. The repair was completed in about 10 minutes, saved our day, and they even refused the extra money I offered for the rush service. Friendly, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. Thanks to the team for helping us enjoy a wonderful day. Highly recommend!”
“I was looking on Google and I came across this bike shop and remembered George. 20 years ago I did a bike tour across the US for charity and George was the one who helped me build the right bike for the tour. My bike only broke a couple spokes, and a few other minor things during the entire summer. I was very pleased with all the help George gave me to build a reliable bike that I could enjoy during that tour. Updated in 2025. Shortly after I wrote this review one night my six year old Shepherd was looking at the magazines from the 2000s and got the idea....... He asked me if I could train him to cycle all the way to New York from Seattle. After a long chat I said yes and three years later we got to spend an entire summer cycling east together. It was the MOST incredible experience of my life and grateful for everyone who made it possible..... Including George:). Thanks brother 👍”

“I have had many terrific experiences with James at Got Bikes. His prices are not inflated as I have read in some reviews. He worked on a few of my bikes and is super knowledgeable and professional and actually tried to save me money. His shop is organized and he gets the work done when he states it will be completed. I would bring any bike to him and know that if he works on it and says it is ready, it is. If he tells me something may need to be replaced, I know he could do the work or tell me I could do it myself and save money. That is how you know you are dealing with a great shop and a good guy!”

“These people are super nice. They actually care about you and your bike needs. Its been a long time since ive experienced good old customer service especially at their level. I took my bike in for repairs and they were exceptionally nice and professional. Needless to say, they will be the only bike shop I will go to.
