Hi! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had traveled from Seattle for a bike ride and came to the shop to have my bike broken down for transport by plane. The job was amazing and quick! Thanks so much! Jaime

Great experience at Upshift Cycle! I traded in my bike, got a professional bike fit, and had clipless pedals installed. The team took the time to teach me how to use them safely and confidently. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Great family owned shop with helpful and kind staff and community vibes. I went in to pick up a bike because this is the closest place I could find it available to SF, but if i lived in the area I’d definitely make this my go to shop!
