I damaged my current phone, decided I wanted a new iPhone, did some research that led me to Boost mobile. Store was empty, young lady gave no greeting. I shared why my research led me there, she laughed and proceeded to tell me why that store wasn't right for me. I ended up at the ATT store at Westgate, where I walked out with a new iPhone for (free) only paid tax. So.........

Clean store and friendly, knowledgeable employees. I came here to buy a new phone for my mom and the whole process was seamless. All of my questions regarding her upgrade eligibility were answered.

I would never use this company again. On two separate occasions I tried to get lines shut off and was assured that they were and both times they were not and I got charge for 3 months the first time and another 3 months this last time. I was told that yes indeed it was their fault, but they couldn't issue me a credit the first time, and it would have been a credit because I still was using their service. This last time, I was told by 2 separate people that I indeed was owed a refund for 122.00. I never received it. It has taken me 3 more attempts to get my refund, and it has now dwindled down to a 41.00 refund. When you try and shut off lines or cancel the account altogether, it takes at least 3 months to do so with them still charging you for service you dont have. Huge rip off. They are basically stealing your money with no intention of giving it back.

I was given a SIM that wasn't working. It was confirmed at store by an support operator in front of the employees. No refund could be received and no replacement offered. Stay out of this brand. No respect for the customer. I'm returning to At&T

I get boost Mobile three stars due to the fact I paid $50 on the third of the month then my Case Manager paid a $100 shortly after, then they withdrew $150 from my bank account all in this month April 2023. Bewildered and San Jose California 95128

Good staff, but could have used one more clerk while I was there. (Last day of the month, might have been an unusual day.) Didn't try to upsell me or others in the shop. Didn't know what to expect, but it was a pleasant transaction.
