I just had the pleasure of speaking with Andee from the office and I'm surprised about how helpful and kind she was. She's new at the office, but she still did her best to answer all my questions. I wish all properties had such amazing people!

I was on the waiting list for 7 years two to three years ago it was renovated remodeled this place is beautiful the modern and clean the people there are great air conditioning and heating are provided at no extra cost either is water or garbage I've been here since February of 2018 I'm so glad I got this place

It was a 5. But since Eden Housing has bought the building it's not as friendly or helpful.
