The maintenance team is always very nice, responsive, and professional. The apartment area is extremely clean and well-maintained, and I always feel comfortable living here.
Also, our manager Theresa is incredibly kind and sweet.

“It’s great to see the property modernizing the facilities. The new gate access through the app is convenient and works well, and they’ve also recently reflattened the patio pavement. The staff is really attentive and responsive, which I genuinely appreciate. The main downside has been neighbors smoking, which has impacted the day-to-day living experience (and I’ve seen other reviewers mention the same issue).”

“I have been living Santana Heights over 15 yrs. I love Santana Row, a taste of Europe, with its cobblestone streets, plethora of outdoor seating, and fountains. It's the perfect for after work yoga class, outdoor shopping, dining, live music & more.
During the past yrs, the staffs in the leasing office were changed many times and there were so much happened.
However, I would like to acknowledge Nick Tran, assistant manager for his recent help throughout the renew lease processing & follow up the maintenance team to get repair service completed promptly. His expertise and professionalism that makes the difference.

“Hilltop Manor is a lovely place to be. The staff care about the tenants & the welfare of the building & surroundings. The view is a million dollar view. However, the rent is based on income. You would be blessed to get into this living situation.”

“I toured the apartments several months back and wanted a very specific floor plan that wasn’t available at the time. Jess went above and beyond for me through this process. She communicated with me weekly (sometimes twice a week) informing me of availability, checking in to see if I had any questions, and giving me great information. Eventually the floor plan became available and Jess was great at assisting through the stressful signing process. I am looking forward to moving in and I couldn’t have done it without Jess and the Palma Sorrento team.”

“If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay in San Jose that has access to a train line to downtown a short walk away, this is it. The pool and hot tub area looks nice (it was too cold to use when I was there), but when I was there, much of the gym equipment was broken. Rooms are nothing special, but they're clean and not bad. A free Lyft to the airport was a nice touch. If you're staying here, you're doing it for the price, and it's a decent deal for the money, relatively speaking.”

“A great place to live...I have lived here for over a decade and chose the complex because it was within 2 miles of my work. Just coming here from a Condo in Santa Clara and having all the amenities of Condo life, which include gated entrance, garage, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, deck, pool, hot tub, gym, great maintenance crew and super awesome management (shout out Jenny & Lina) If you are looking for place to dwell for a reasonable price in the land of crazy rents THIS IS THE PLACE!PS. The mature, well maintained landscaping and lots of trees are a bonus too!”
“If you’re someone who’s learning how to become more independent, and self-sufficient I think you might thrive in this community. When I moved here two years ago, I was ready to start living my new life and what made it a bit less scary was the kindness and generosity that my neighbors have shown me. Whether casually passing by in the lobby, striking up a conversation with neighbors on the elevator, to distracting the mail-lady when she stops by Vintage Towers on her route this community will make you feel like you belong. If you do live here, I’m certain that no matter where you are on your journey, you’ll look back on your stay here with gratitude for all the experiences you’ve had and in one of San Jose’s most involved areas.”

The maintenance staff in particular requires special mention. Omar, in particular, has helped us out multiple times and is a pleasure to talk to. “The Delmas Park Apartments in San Jose are a decent option for those looking for an affordable living arrangement. While the apartments themselves are nothing to write home about, they provide the basic necessities for comfortable living. Don't expect any fancy amenities, but you will have access to laundry facilities and a small parking lot.The location of the complex is relatively convenient, with easy access to 280 and 87 freeway, public transportation and nearby stores and restaurants. However, the neighborhood can be a bit noisy and congested at times, so be prepared for some traffic and street noise.Overall, the Delmas Park Apartments are a suitable choice for those on a budget who don't require a lot of frills. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, but don't expect any luxury amenities or features.”

“I just moved into the Meridian apartments a couple of weeks ago. So far everything has been excellent for me. I've reached out to the staff several times and everyone has been very friendly and helped me out promptly with everything I've needed.
Maintenance, specifically Crescendio, has been phenomenal! Not only is he obviously an expert in his craft, but also very helpful and friendly!
The apartments themselves are in great shape with quality appliances, along with being spacious and having plenty of storage.
I will update this review in several months to ensure it remains accurate, but so far I have nothing but great things to say.”

“Overall i had good experience. Rules are not enforced so you can do anything. There is no leasing or management on site. Every month or two you will get email reminding about rules but again not enforced mostly scare tactic. Maintenance was very good, Mr. Kevin helped with many issues, was very timely and friendly. They just do fresh paint on outside so apartments look very good. If u cannot handle loud noise from neighbor then maybe not for u but im originally from india and this was normal for me.”
