I needed a document notarized, and I called ahead to verify that this branch would be able to notarize it for me, as a Chase customer. Once I arrived, however, they refused to notarize it. Wasted 20 minutes of driving and gas for this

Here to just deposit checks. Why do they have 3 people and only 2 people are working??? The 3rd person is just behind the glass. There are 7 people ahead of me.
