I’ve had to walk in to this branch a total of 3 times since living down the street. Every time I have I've felt looked down on?. I am the least racist individual you’ll ever meet, but every employee in this branch is of what I think is East Asian decent?Just saying , Nepotism isn’t out of the question.

Had my queries answered by Vivian Xi. The representative was super helpful and answered all queries patiently. It was near closing time for the bank. Yet Vivian was kind enough to accommodate my request. Thanks a lot, Vivian!
