Rude and unprofessional. Told to wait 1 hour or go to another branch even though the place was empty. Told I needed to make an appointment to talk to a banker. The one on De Anza is a world of difference.

I needed a large cashiers check so I had to go to a physical branch office as opposed to online. The staff was friendly and helpful. thx to Ashley Ibanez for her quick efficient work.
