Cherrywood Apartments is a community of comfortable homes in a park-like, landscaped setting in San Jose. Residents describe it as a great, clean, and well-maintained complex with a good ratio of price to quality. The maintenance team is noted for being nice, thorough, and addressing issues quickly. Many staff members, including leasing consultants and community managers, are highlighted as being really helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring, creating positive first impressions and assisting residents effectively.
The apartment management has taken security concerns seriously. In response to resident reports of issues in the surrounding neighborhood, such as car break-ins and suspicious activity, they have introduced a new, more visible and professional security service. While some safety concerns about the broader area persist, this action has been appreciated.
Overall, residents express love for living there, call it the best place they have ever lived, and highly recommend it as a secured and well-maintained place. The community also hosts events, like breakfasts, aimed at uniting families, which contributes to a rewarding living experience.
I ☀️ Goku have the most outmost respect for the Manager as she was kind enough to respond to the ⚰️ Animal as I made the report ✌️
