    Couldn't help. Got jobbed by phone call. Went in to office and they couldn't/wouldn't help. Other issue guy was pleasant but couldn't fix the problem.

    Kalvin was super efficient and helpful! I needed to end my service at one address and start a new service at my new address and I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. He was able to answer every question I had regarding terms of the service and even the specifications of the equipment.
