“Went to have my iPhone 11 transferred to an iPhone 14. Ivan was amazing, friendly, funny all the while he was working on my phones. Talk about a marketing/salesman. I had gone there to purchase nothing but ended up purchasing a screen protector & Ivan even put it on. I don’t even live on this side of town but I would definitely come across town to see him. “been to this location a few times, great customer service and close to my place, so I got a phone here prior and everything worked great except the Bluetooth connection to my vehicle, sound would come in and out etc, glitches with incoming phone calls/text , returned and got a new phone and thought everything would be fine, well again issues with the Bluetooth, as soon as I got it the phone did the same thing, came back and had the pleasure of meeting ada, very nice and sweet and super helpful, took the time to weigh my options and make sure I got what I needed, upgraded to a better model and wow sounds is super loud, bass hits unbelievably low and overall excellent quality, went for a drive to see if it messed up but it worked flawlessly, thanks again ada for the great customer service and if I ever need a new phone I'm definitely coming back to see u”

“I walked into this store to activate my brand new iPhone, IPad and Apple Watch and because I just lost my wallet I didn't have my license to verify my account and was initially told for security reasons I couldn't activate my devices which had me extremely frustrated being that i just went through a lot with T-Mobile customer service, and to be honest I didn't know how I was going to remedy this situation without getting corporate involved. I asked the representative Lissette if there was anything she could do to help me since I did have my pin and a screenshot of my drivers license on my phone, she went to get authorization from the manager Frances and after verifying my identity and matching up all of the documents they were able to facilitate the transaction and continue with the activation of all new devices! Not only did they both go above and beyond with the utmost customer service but they also setup my iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple ID and canceled my previous account with xfinity. This was by far my best experience with not only tmobile over the past 10 years but any phone carrier in general! They were so sweet, helpful, informative, knowledgeable and they made sure they took care of my every need before I left. Thank you ladies!”

She was amazing she stayed and walked us through everything. I highly recommend if you go into the store to ask for Roxanne. I cannot say enough about the manager Derek. “I come over at around 6:30pm Dec 15 2022 to add more line to my account. The staff name Christine Nguyen(if I remember correctly) was the one we got help. She was so enthusiastic. Tried many ways to help me waive the fee. Finally it was not successful because someone at the headquarter that she contacted mess it up. However I really appreciate for her help, spent more than an hour until the store close just to help me save some money.”

“My SIM card suddenly stopped working, and my phone (Pixel 7) was near-unusable. I verified this with an old phone and a spare SIM - it wouldn't work no matter how many times I reset network options or rebooted the phone. I couldn't log into my Verizon account either since two-factor authentication was linked to my phone number. Luckily, I was off from work when this happened, so I first went to the local (non-corporate) Verizon location. They were friendly and tried a few things, but they couldn't activate a new 5G SIM card on my phone or enable the e-SIM, unfortunately. They recommended I go here, the closest corporate Verizon location.As I entered, I was greeted by the store manager. If I recall correctly, his name was Alex. I explained the situation and he was able to get a new SIM card working in about five minutes. I was not looking to make any other changes to my phone plans, but we spoke about them for about ten minutes and he identified some potential advantages to switching one of my phones from the grandfathered unlimited plan to the new set of unlimited plans. We live in the Santa Cruz mountains and have only a few options for internet services. The 100GB mobile hotspot data upgrade available on the new plans, as well as bundling Netflix, HBO Max, and Walmart+ (we already paid for each of these separately) is seriously making me consider switching one of the Get More Unlimited phones over to their new plans. I may not, but it was kind of him to give me a detailed quote of the monthly charges if I decided to pull the trigger.Finally, Alex reminded me that I'm paying $8.99 for Discover+ since the free year had recently expired - I went home and cancelled that, saving me some more money. I had a great experience when I visited this Verizon location, and I recommend coming here if you're dealing with SIM card issues.”

“I switched to T Mobile located in Cupertino senior discount with 2 phones for 2 years $110. Unlimited data. I have the new razor Motorola folding phone and love it. No more Verizon.. They give you $$$ for switching $200 each line and $100 with my Apple watch! I get Internet everywhere now. I had such poor service with Verizon and had 5 G .. free Wifi on United. “I was in the market for a new cellular service phone provider recently and my first choice was T-Moble, as the T-Mobile Store is located very close to where I live, and I am always a huge fan T-Mobile as a company in general. I decided to call call T-Mobile ahead of time to prepare myself for my visit so that I would have all the necessary information, identifications, and documents that I needed. When I called (around 6:44pm) I was greeted on the phone by friendly, T-Moble Expert named Irving Cruz Carbajal. I felt comfortable with Irving right away, and so I jotted down his name at the time, so that I could ask for him specifically when I arrived at the T-Mobile Store later that night. I arrived at the T-Mobile Store, about 30 minutes before they closed. I would have arrived earlier but I had to determine how to port my main number in from another carrier etc., which took much more time that I anticipated! Let me tell you what, the T-Mobile Store was packed around the time that I arrived that night! The gentleman who initially greeted me and checked me in (sadly didn't catch his name), informed me that they were so busy at the T-Mobile Store that night, that they might not even get the chance to assist me. This I totally understood but decided to wait for Irvine anyway. Irvine was super kind, and he even took his excellent customer service skills to the next level, by informing me of the various promotions and combination options that I could get for the best deal, despite it being past closing time for the store that night! After, Irvin informed me of all of the promotions that T-Mobile was having, I decided on a fantastic promotion that they were having involving multiple lines, and then Irvine immediately began assisting me with setting up my account and services. Unfortunately, little did I know, they would run into some complications setting up my account this night, despite my best intentions of setting everyone up for success ahead of time and before I arrived. Sadly, these complications ended up causing a significant delay in completing my account set up this night. Due to this, I wasn't able to connect my cellular service after all (this was on a Thursday, December 7th, 2023). Instead I was instructed by T-Mobile (one the phone that day) to wait until the next day to finish setting up my T-Mobile account. Irvine then gave me his T-Mobile Business Card, and he instructed me to return the next day. At this point, coming nail the next day was totally fine with me because I could tell the team was exhausted and my account was already nearly completely setup as well. I definitely understood that the team was ready to go home at that point, because it was already nearly 9:00pm at night by the time I left T-Mobile Store. I really just don't know how to tell the entire team at T-Mobile how much it meant to me that they all stayed late to try and assist me that night with getting my T-Mobile cellular service connected. While at the T-Mobile store that day, I only really ventured over to the Apple display (I'm a very biased Apple product only fan here) and while I've heard great things about this new iPhone 15 Pro based on feedback from a friend who has held one and got to play around with it in person, so much so that he fell in love with the feel of the Titanium and immediately purchased an iPhone 15 Pro for himself, sadly, this did NOT happen for me. I literally couldn't even tell that the devices had been upgraded this year at all because they were strapped down to the table and you couldn't pick them up, hold them, or even move them one bit. I can't stress this enough T-Mobile, the way that you currently have devices set up in your store right now is a HUGE problem for your customers and your business alike. If customers can't touch or experience the products at all, then they will be FAR less likely to purchase anything from T-Mobile. I understand the need for security, but this is so extreme, that I left the store having felt like I never got the chance to check out the”

“On October 5th I just purchased an IPhone 14 Plus at the Apple Store. They could not help me pair phone so they suggested to go to Verizon at Almaden. I did and young wonderful representative named Andy Macias went above and beyond and paired my phone to my Tesla. He had patience, knowledge, and took time out of his shift to stop and help me. He paired the phone and made sure it worked and got me all set up. I come from a Nordstrom background and he demonstrated what customer service is all about. I want to end this by saying what a fantastic representative he is for this particular Verizon.”
