At the Evergreen location, Manager Eddie won't mention last name on his card can't believe it read manager on it anyways he was so unprofessional and dismissive. While I was on the phone with customer support trying to resolve my issue, he interrupted, listened in on my conversation, and then threatened to call the police and have me removed from the store because he couldn’t help and knew my case was being escalated complaining on his staffs willingness to help me . His staff had already refused to assist me and even directed me to buy an unlocked phone from their competitor, Best Buy, which cost me over $200 — only for me to later learn nothing could be done. After already dealing with a stressful situation, I received zero empathy, zero accountability, and no effort to make things right.
I had a similar experience at the Story Road location. The employee there kept repeating store policy but offered no real help or solutions. He couldn’t provide accurate phone pricing, guessed details off the top of his head, and showed little to no knowledge of the products or features. It felt like once they realized they wouldn’t earn a commission, the motivation to help disappeared. I left feeling dismissed and undervalued as a customer.
Thankfully, I decided to drive a little farther to the Westfield Oakridge location, and the experience there completely restored my faith. The team at T-Mobile treated me with professionalism, respect, and genuine care.
A special thank you to Eric, the manager with glasses formally from Santa Cruz, and the young associate with curly blond hair he was awesome . His exact words were, “I’m not going to kick you when you’re already down,” and that level of empathy meant everything. He listened, he cared, and he handled the situation with maturity beyond his years. That is what real customer service looks like.
The contrast between locations was unbelievable. One made me regret being a customer. The other reminded me why I chose this company in the first place.
Ownership should take a serious look at the leadership, training, and customer treatment at the Evergreen and Story Road stores. I will only be returning to the Oakridge location going forward.”

They also speak Spanish fluently in case you want to bring a family member that only speaks Spanish. They're patient and went above and beyond the normal T-Mobile customer service ( which is usually amazing too!).

“I came into the store with one thing on my mind: walking out with a Galaxy 10. And I did—thanks to the help of the store associates. I didn’t catch the first person’s name, but Jennifer, the San José State student, was beyond awesome.
While processing my phone exchange, she carried a light conversation with me without ever losing focus on what she was doing. She was later pulled away to assist another customer, but still made a point to check in with me to ensure everything was going smoothly. When the process was finished, she double-checked everything, gave me a warm smile, and sent me on my way.
Overall, this was some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Jennifer was outstanding—from her friendly smile to her thoughtful conversation.”

I’d spent 4 to 5 hours previously on the phone or with the chat assistant trying to resolve and return stuff this guy does it in 15 minutes I live in San Francisco. I would drive 2 to 3 hours just to come here to resolve my issues then try to talk to the customer service online on the phone.”

“I have visited this store a couple of times over the last 2 months or so and Malcolm was so helpful. I came in to only get internet and he explained some of the other offers available with internet such as xfinity mobile which I wasnt fully aware of. I had called customer service the day before but whoever I spoke to was not very enthusiastic about selling me xfinity services. Malcolm on the other hand was enthusiastic but not at all pushy. Moreover, he made the process very smooth and I was out of there with a modem/router for my internet as well as xfinity mobile activated on my phone. Because Malcolm was so great, I brought in some friends who were looking to get started with xfinity and he was really helpful in getting them setup.
