Arrived at the store at 6:30 PM and the guy at the reception desk said they couldn't take me in coz all the sales reps were busy with customers. This was inspite of telling them that I was only looking for a replacement that had been ordered for me through the Xfinity app.
I went to the evergreen store at 6:56 pm and they were able to give me a replacement within a minute even though all sales reps were occupied there as well.
Customer Hospitality goes a long way.

That store was very friendly, thoughtful, and willing to help. I would recommend going to that store. Then the Almaden branch, the Almaden branch is useless. They probably won’t last very long there.

I went in to obtain instructions how to for the Xumo? remote control. Such remote control has been very difficult for the community near and far to utilize. People get very discouraged w/ no instructions for dummies and that is not helpful for many of us. Took me some time to catch on but this thing "streaming" is overwhelming for us! Help is what I say... overall, my visit was awesome&thank you for assisting me young lady w/print picture of remote control &vivid instructions how to utilize buttons on the controller.

The front desk guy is very rude just ask few simple questions and he was rude no professional don’t know how to talk to customers they really need to work on customer service when someone ask something

It’s zero security. Someone applied for a service under my name and I got charged for service I have never applied for. I’ve been in a hassle with customer service for several weeks and no one could help. Worst experience ever.
