Terrible customer service. Terrible handling of account. Other banks won't release their cashiers checks until the 7 day mark because the bank fails to answer transaction confirmation notices within a 2 day period of time. This branch is especially troublesome with vague and ephemeral bank policies and variable explanations.

The regional manager has exquisite taste in YouTube videos at full volume. The staff is milk toasty. Generally not a very "present" lot. I had to stand on one leg, hop around in a circle, and recite the star spangled banner in Gaelic to receive my funds.

I've been with Comerica for almost 2 years. Always professional bankers except for today. I deposited my check and a small amount of cash around $200. The Asian clerk male counted $180. I'm thinking what? Just be careful
