Concentra Urgent Care provides a mixed experience for its patients. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, with very welcoming and helpful ladies at check in. Nurses and the doctor are great, prompt, and very nice, explaining everything clearly. The office and patient rooms are very clean. Many have had smooth and efficient experiences, especially for services like a DOT screen and physical, with no wait at all. Overall, the staff is often described as friendly and multitasking, making the operation efficient.

The medical assistant that did most my physical was excellent. He communicated well and thoroughly explained everything to me, and he did an excellent job with these like my blood draw. The physician assistant who completed my physical was also very good!
