Concentra Urgent Care provides a mixed experience for its patients. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, with very welcoming and helpful ladies at check in. Nurses and the doctor are great, prompt, and very nice, explaining everything clearly. The office and patient rooms are very clean. Many have had smooth and efficient experiences, especially for services like a DOT screen and physical, with no wait at all. Overall, the staff is often described as friendly and multitasking, making the operation efficient.

very helpful with instructions on filling out paperwork and connection to wifi since it’s digital was very busy at the time but I was still very in and out and the staff was nice :)
