Came in to get my birth certificate and waited about 30 minutes or so without an appointment. Came in early and parked at the meter when it was free and was able to leave before it needed to start being paid. Quick and easy. System is similar to the DMV, but it's a bit quicker.

Walked in around 11am on a Friday for death certificate copies...walked out right about 11:15am.... Definitely smart to fill out and bring your notarized application upon arrival, saves LOTS of time and hassle. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Super nice people and very helpful! I came very unprepared and they were all super kind to me and help me make an appointment. Besides my own faults, the process of getting a copy of my birth certificate was smooth and quick!
