“Very kind and friendly folks. I had a priority overnight that I had to process at 4:30pm., so you can imagine I was feeling stressed driving and the GPS leading into the gated apartment building at 4:55 lol. Even tho I parked and a regular map would suffice, bc of the timing I still called just to make sure I was going the right way, and they were so patient. Sounds like I'm not the first victim lol. Made it with a minute to spare then had to dip out for another errand. Also, I knocked on a nearby parked Fedex driver's window to see if they could point me in the direction, and I felt silly because it was Right There. But he was very nice too!!! Honestly I was a little less stressed knowing that the driver who was to pick up the package was chilling until 5pm and not like, already gone lol. Im sorry to the staff I was a little impolite by rushing off!”
