Really appreciate her ability to facilitate past her specific position as well, she was committed to finding a contact or an answer to any question our team reached out to her with - even when it wasn’t directly related to her position. “Faster than Fast Sign (I have submitted so many online request and NEVER got any kind of response back). The people are responsive but the back office is a little difficult to get the process started. The industry standard is to get the contract and COI in place and billing on a Net30 term. This company just require you to pay up front for the service, which is understandable since they are a small company but they did a great job updating our directories.”

“I used the services of Plotter Pros in 2022 to create a large size print for one of my client's most famous works, "C-Note on Haring". Now, in conjunction with the Northern California Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and their online marketplace, California Shop Small, I will be offering the print as a part of a 2023 December Holiday Season sale. I was beyond pleased with the quality of work, and the rapport Peter had established with me.”

“Rick was super helpful in my quest for a plastic template to be used for my brother's ostomy bag. Since my brother didn't have a circular stoma, a template made of thin plastic was being used to trace his stoma shape onto the bag and then meticulously cutting the hole with tiny scissors. This was time consuming. I was concerned that the original thin plastic template would tear and wouldn't be useful. Rick, however, was able to make a thicker, firmer template with his laser. I sent the template to the Nu-Hope company and they used Rick's template to create the special "hole" in the bags for my brother's stoma. And because my brother is a Vet, Rick made extra templates and didn't charge me extra. I have to give credit to Tap Plastics, also, for sending me to Rick! THANK YOU, Rick! Annie N.”

“I recently was in a pinch and Kevin came to our rescue. These guys are my heroes. I'm with a production company in Fort Lauderdale, FL and we recently got a Shasta trailer wrapped that is touring the nation. We have some damage to the wrap on the face of a tire cover. It is round in shape (but has a flat face) and the face comes out of the housing. Sound simple but 10 other shops had issues with this simple request. Not these guys, they understood the need and got it done. Our Shasta is back on the road!! USE THESE GUYS!!!”

“We recently used Sir Speedy Print, Signs, Marketing while our CEO was in town for an event, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. We needed brochures printed on short notice, and they were incredibly responsive, ensuring everything was done quickly and with high quality. Not only did they deliver a fantastic final product, but they also went above and beyond—hand-delivering the brochures directly to our CEO, even when parking was a challenge. Their dedication to customer service and problem-solving truly stood out. Their pricing was fair, their work was excellent, and their commitment to making things happen was impressive. If we’re ever in the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them. I highly recommend Sir Speedy to anyone looking for a reliable and professional print partner!”

“I had some outstanding experiences at the FedEx on The Alameda in San Jose. For example, today while printing, Cynthia noticed that the image I submitted was pixelated. Instead of printing it as-is, she called me, explained the issue, and walked me through how to download a higher-quality version from Canva and email it directly to the store. Because of her help, my prints looked great. I honestly don’t expect that level of personal attention and care from a large chain store. Thank you!”

“I walked in Thursday afternoon 8/20 to a welcoming “Hello!” From associates Shane & Jeremy, they were so helpful and polite, that I almost cried, after leaving UPS with the opposite experience. Also the price beat 2 competitors for shipping out-of-state. Kudos to whomever hired these 2 gems!”
