Got sick of waiting and calling and lack of accountability with filling prescriptions. Moved over to Costco Pharmacy and they immediately addressed problems CVS was taking weeks to address.

I waited for 30 mins just to get their “ tell your doctor to send the prescription again” with strong Vietnamese accent.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well-organized. Pharmacists provided personal help when I returned from Emergency Room and needed specific products. It’s a great store.
Website keeps listing my store as Oakland, but I have never been to Oakland. My store is the Lincoln Avenue store in San Jose.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. I have asked for a refill on only one of my prescription medication and they have given me two of my medications. Can’t process a simple order.

Severely understaffed, no one answers the phone. I sat on the phone for over half an hour trying to speak with someone in the pharmacy.

Way understaffed. “Slow service “ would be a compliment. 24 hours after they said my prescription would be ready, it wasn’t. 20 minutes later, back to the end of the long line. Last time I’ll come here.

We went to 3 CVS pharmacies in the last two days. The Asian lady at the pharmacy here was the only one who not only had a great demeanor but was able to process my purchase smoothly. It's very much appreciated after the two other failed attempts.

This store used to have helpfull staff and was always shocked with great Christmas cards! Not anymore! When I asked staff today,December 2nd 2023 where the musical cards were,she said they haven't unpacked them yet,so come back some other time,which was kind of rude! Going to Target from now on,thinking why are staff at CVS rude to customers when it's a prime location on Lincoln Ave?

I am writing this review to warn others that I got COVID twice coming to this location. I don't know if their air filtration system is broken, but after catching covid there in May (some sick person was picking up their Paxlovid in the pharmacy line in front of me and yes, I was wearing a mask) I was sooo hesitant to set foot in there again last Sunday. But against my best judgement, I went in with a friend who needed to pick up something. This time I wasn't wearing a mask. Sure enough, two days later, body aches, temperature headache. Oh no! Testing positive again.
