the lady just took a glance on my order, says nothing and let me wait for no reason. Then another guy opened the window and served other people and then bought my items to me.

Waited more than 20 minutes at the pickup window for somebody to come to the window. Ringing the bell did nothing.

DashMart has been consistently disappointing, with outrageously long waits (15 minutes before any staff even appeared, followed by another 15 minutes just to locate the order), incorrect or expired items, and prices that are simply not worth the hassle anymore.
