About Dashmart By Doordash
Dashmart By Doordash is a convenient grocery option for downtown residents, offering reasonable prices and a large selection. However, the business faces challenges with parking availability, as the only parking in front is often blocked off, causing inconvenience for customers and delivery drivers. Despite these issues, Dashmart remains a valuable resource for those living in the downtown area, providing an accessible and affordable grocery alternative to other options like Grocery Outlet and Whole Foods, which are located further away. The business's acceptance of Doordash's monthly CSR credit is a positive feature for some customers.

Despite being listed as open, the store was inaccessible when I arrived. I rang the doorbell multiple times with no response, and no one answered the phone number provided by DoorDash. To make matters worse, when a staff member finally did pick up, they hung up on me mid-sentence. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

the lady just took a glance on my order, says nothing and let me wait for no reason. Then another guy opened the window and served other people and then bought my items to me.

Waited more than 20 minutes at the pickup window for somebody to come to the window. Ringing the bell did nothing.
