“Someone recommended me this place and when I got in I was skeptical because, it seemed small. I had to get my laptop fixed because the bottom had broken and they were able to replace the part. I somehow ended up having a conversation about other products with the guy who helped me because I was feeling unsure if it was the right place to do this. It turns out they are very knowledgeable about their products and others not in store. I was happy to leave my computer and everything turned out good. I say give this place a try because they have financing and when everything is digital nowadays, they don’t need to have a large store. They can help you find what you are looking for.”
“I wanted to wait about a month or so before making a review. I stopped by about a month and a half ago to have my iPad Pro repaired. This is my honest review and experience. If you don't want to read all of this just skip to the last paragraph.My iPad Pro was not charging. I took it to a couple of franchised type shops in the area that either concluded that the problem was the charging port and or battery. Both other shops quoted around $400-$800 for the repair. Initially, I didn't not know what to make of the cost but it seemed that they both just threw out random prices, but that could be just what I thought. I also contacted their other locations that gave me inconsistent pricing for the same repairs. I won't mention the name of those shops here. I needed a third opinion so I went to Crystal International.After being recommended by two of my friends, I took my iPad to Crystal International. They conducted a quick test and similarly concluded that the charging port was damaged and needed to be replaced. I asked about the battery and they mentioned that it doesn't often go bad but they would check it once it was opened. I decided to move forward with the repair by Crystal because the cost was unbeatable and worth the chance and would save me from doing the work myself. I think it was a 24hr turnaround. I returned to pick it up and got it back with a new charging port. Battery was left alone because nothing was found wrong with it. A month and a half later, zero issues with changing or holding a charge or anything else. It has been working as it should since the repair.Summary:Excellent customer service. Extremely fair pricing! Excellent workmanship! They have a sheet with device models with costs of the types of repairs. So, if you are considering purchasing a repair kit off eBay or Amazon and working on your device yourself, DON'T! Just save yourself time and some money and just take it to Crystal International. They have the tools and experience to get it done right. Highly recommended!”
“Fear not, non Apple users, CleverTech will fix other devices.I came to CleverTech with my self-built gaming conputer--within a day, they had diagnosed that my SSD had failed. I'm still waiting for my replacement to come in, and they have been very patient and helpful. Warranty had needed photos of the drive, which CleverTech provided. Texting support is extremely helpful.The employees are very helpful, friendly, and attentive.”

“I had my Sony mirrorless camera repaired when its HDMI port failed. I sometimes use my HDMI port for using my camera as a webcam, and the issue was caused by the constant plugging and unplugging of the HDMI cable for different purposes; webcam, photos, videos, and other projects. I was so glad that the repair shop was accommodating to fix the issue in a short period.
The initial charge for diagnosis is $35, and I was charged a fair amount for the repair. I was shown that the repair was fixed at the stop by testing the connection on their TV, and I checked it again with my equipment. I’m satisfied with the results.”
“I was having some problems with my car's audio system so I dropped off my head unit to this shop. I later found out that the problem was elsewhere, but it was nice having some peace of mind knowing that there wasn't anything wrong with my head unit.
Diagnosis was free and I offered to pay them for their time, but they insisted otherwise. Very honest and skilled gentlemen. I'll definitely be going here if for future problems/projects.”

“Outstanding service. Had a cracked LCD display on my Mac and got in contact with them online - they were able to order the part I needed and have it the very next day itself (and this was an Apple part not just a cheap knockoff), and did the repair in about an hour - repair was perfect, couldn’t detect a single thing off with my screen or laptop after I received it. The price was very fair - more affordable than most other shops I called actually - and the people there were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I would definitely recommend coming here for repairs - had a great experience with them.”
