Friendly, professional staff, took great care of us. New, great quality trucks. Rented from them twice in the past few weeks. Will definitely be back the next time I need a rental truck.

Terrible customer service, management and business hours at san jose location. I was denied a rental truck even though I have an account with enterprise rentals and I rent trucks often. Sad
