It was our luckiest day ever when we went to Ethan Allen to purchase couches for our living room because we met Dayna! She is so friendly and full of personality! We were a little overwhelmed when we walked through the the store because there are so many choices, but Dayna came to our rescue! She is extremely knowledgeable and helped us to choose the perfect couch, loveseat, and ottoman for our home. We showed her pictures of our carpet and paint, and she picked a beautiful and comfy fabric with perfect accent pillows. We are so pleased with our new living room couches. We always choose Ethan Allen when we buy furniture for our home because we want the best!

Excellent rating for Gary (from Modesto) who came to our house to fix the chair; Very good rating for Pia, our Design Consultant, who helped us with our purchase. NEED IMPROVEMENT for the scheduling team. The automated call notifying shipment does not leave message if unanswered, therefore there're no way for you to call back. Leaving you up in the air as to when your order will come unless you initiate the call to follow up.

I haven’t been in Ethan Allen’s since I was a child, I was initially excited to be back to purchase two full size beds for my twins 17th birthday. I purchased them in eatly March and waited 4 months for construction and delivery. I won’t go into detail about the rude treatment I received from their business office but instead will jump to delivery day. I, full of excitement, opened the door to greet the delivery man to only learn he had only one bed, after a call into the warehouse the other bed was nowhere to be found. Disappointed I ushered him in to set up the bed, I was shocked to see many areas on the headboard had split wood, as I started to take photos of the poor workmanship, the delivery man took his fingernail and scraped the wood, leaving a physical gouge in the wood. After speaking with Richard and business office, they termed the issues with my headboard as blemishes and cosmetic issues only. These two beds were close to 5K and the quality of the beds does not match the price. Richard was very clear that they were not going to remake the beds and that the issues with my beds should have been fixed at the factory, he then wanted to know when I wanted delivery. U reach out to their corporate office and they are useless, they push you back to the store and you are back dealing with the Richard, the owner, that has zero integrity. I’m still waiting to hear back from the San Jose store, I know I can easily request my bank to place my money back into my account but that’s not the issue, we ordered beds and assumed we would receive what we paid for. Please save yourself the grief and shop somewhere else, walking into an empty store should have been a clue!!Ethan Allen is not the store it use to be, too bad!

You pay dearly for Ethan Allen furniture. However, the company does not stand behind its product. The cabinet doors to our china cabinet do not stay in track, and Ethan Allen does not provide a repairman when this should not occur. We paid for style and quality. Ethan Allen is over rated with its poor quality furniture and lack service to back up its product.

I have lived near this store for 22 years. I have never entered this store, nor have I ever seen anyone else enter or leave. I do not know how they stay in business. Perhaps they are in league with the Mafia. I do not know.

I have Ethan Allen furniture in every room of my house and up until now was very happy with them. After 20 years, it was time to redo my rooms so naturally I went back to them. I'm sad to say that my experience this time around was not favorable. I made 5 attempts to reach the owner/manager, and none of my calls were ever returned. I was told that the owners are only in a couple of hours a day. I called the corporate offices and they contacted the store in an attempt to encourage them to work with me to resolve the problem. Once again, I was dismissed. There are many other furniture stores to buy your furnishings in, and I would encourage you to look elsewhere. Ethan Allen in Saratoga has clearly forgotten about customer service. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because I find the quality to be pretty good on most items still. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!

I purchased a chandelier from the store and having difficulty to find a reasonable electrician to install on our high ceiling. I called the store to ask for referral. The guy was not helpful at all and very rude. Told me to use yelp to find myself. So don't buy chandelier from EA if you have high ceiling.

I had purchased a white chair and had a custom slipcover made. The chair itself was beautiful, however, it wasn't until a year later that I had discovered that the original cushions did not match the chair. I did make a cursory check to see if it was the chair I had purchased.
Very poor work ethics.
