Best location in San Jose. Store was really busy, but the guy with the beard was super patient and kind. The banter between employees makes this location unique. Very honest staff that feels more mom and pop than others.

Decent selection of games and the staff is usually pretty helpful, which is always a plus. However, I've noticed that the prices can be a bit high compared to online options, and the store can get cluttered at times. Overall, it's a solid place to check out if you're in the area.
