I was having trouble activating my SIM. My old SIM wasn’t working, and she tried a few different ways to fix it. When it still didn’t work, she got me a new SIM and helped me finish the activation.
She was really nice, patient, and helpful the whole time. She made the whole thing easy for me. I really appreciate her help and great customer service!”

“I was looking for new speakers for my system and visited Audio High. I found a place with a huge selection of different systems and several top-tier listening rooms. The staff was incredibly professional, answered all of my questions with patience, and accommodated all of my requests throughout multiple listening sessions. The service was simply excellent—which, in my opinion, is the most important factor when choosing a serious dealer in this industry. “Love this place. Been here two years in a row during the Nvidia GTC conference. Best place to get a Cucumber Lime Zero Gatorade. Also the sandwiches, if you can find them are reasonably priced, for San Jose, and the drinks are a pretty good deal. Been here a couple of times this week, maybe five.
The staff are friendly and quick. Avoid the Ben and Jerry’s. It’s a little pricy.”

“I love shopping at Target, especially after Halloween when they have amazing deals. I always scan the items to make sure they are really discounted. I got some stuff for 90% off! This store is not the best though. The front part is messy and crowded, but it gets better as you go further in. The weirdest thing I saw was that they had locked up the men's clothing, but not the alcohol. That makes no sense to me. Why would anyone steal a shirt or a pair of socks? I wish this Target had more stuff in stock too. Sometimes I can't find what I need.”

“Every once in a while you run into out of this world fantastic customer service and today was that day for me with Mark at this Tmobile location. He took the time to explain and educate me on Mt phone's issue and told me a whole bunch of absolutely valuable and important money and time saving information and was absolutely friendly and wonderful throughout the entire conversation and interaction which took about 10 to 15 minutes the 1st time and about the same the 2nd time w hen I came back to make sure what his name was to leave him a great review as he fully deserved it. Tmobile should absolutely somehow like by a pay raise or bonus or promotion or some other method recognize and reward Mark for his fantastic devotion to his job and his wealth of knowledge and willingness to share it and help Tmobile customers. “I opened a phone line with this telecommunications company last weekend. I had a great experience after using it. I can watch unlimited movies and make unlimited calls. Calling my friends in Canada is also free, as is calling Mexico. I can go to many places. There are hotspots, and what I like most is that I can store a large amount of my favorite photos and videos. The monthly fee is only 60 yuan, no tax, and I only need to pay $55 when I pay automatically with a credit card! Especially their sales and technical staff, they feel very professional! I highly recommend it to those who want to open a phone line and transfer it to a cooperative family!”

“I went in to pay my bill before I could get my bill paid the pulls up my account to say oh you need to get a new phone. It says in the system that your phone is old, so you need to get a new one and I said to the young man, no I came in to pay my bill and not for you to talk to me about how old my phone is, so don't go into your system and start messing with my phone system. I paid my bill is $86 and I paid out the door $91, then I left.”

They went above and beyond to help me fix the issues on my accounts. I bought two new phones and they helped me set them up quickly because I was in a hurry. They also speak Spanish fluently in case you want to bring a family member that only speaks Spanish. They're patient and went above and beyond the normal T-Mobile customer service ( which is usually amazing too!).
I'm so happy that I came to this particular Ranch of T-Mobile location.”
