She made it very systematic and efficient in choosing what was appropriate for me. I can’t wait to try it out after it has been delivered. There is a number days of free trial, however a $250 charge for return pick up if you decide not to keep it.”

Her store is a curated mix of art, clothes, children’s items, plants, home decor, and jewelry. It’s the type of store you go in for one gift but end up walking out with extra little treasures. Lead time is about one week and a half, the doors we got are perfectly matched with our closets, and also come with great quality. Highly recommended!”
“Great Wholesale/Retail space! You can find lots of blankets, rugs and other home good stuff here! This might be a great spot for people amazon FBA to source items and flip them! Took a couple pictures of the inside of what you could find on your visit here! Ive been told styles and supply change frequently and depends on upcoming holidays and seasons. Very affordable stuff with super friendly staff. Not sure why yelp gave them a 4$$$$ sign on their business here but its definitely more like one or two $ signs. The workers here speak English Spanish and Chinese!”

The wait time in line to pay had been over 20 minutes for the past 6 months but happily it was less than a minute yesterday and my checker was very friendly as well.”

I was panicking when I lost it. Dragana is a wonderful employee. She found a lost purse and returned to customer. She is such honest, great person. “I was moving out of the area and I had 20 years worth of antique items that I loved but could not take with me. I met Carol at the Alameda Antique Fair and later visited her store to see if I could consign my collection. This was in 2019. Over the years, I've received several consignment checks for items she's sold for me. Today, February 6, 2023, I received another check. I am amazed at Carol's honesty. She told me when I left my things with her that she would pay me my share no matter how long it took to sell them and she is true to her word. I think anyone else would not have done so. Hats off to Carol and her wonderful store. She's my hero!”

“Came in to this location for the first time and I loved it. It was clean and a very friendly a lady Kay assisted me and even walked me to the aisle I needed. The store was very clean compared to other Ross stores. When I got to the register the same lady Kay was my cashier and she is so friendly and fast. Their were about 8 people in front of me when I got in line but thanks to Kay she got to me super fast. I will definitely be returning to shop at this location. Customer friendly, clean, and so much items to choose from.”
“We had a great experience with the BoConcept San Jose. From the very beginning, Michelle went above and beyond to help us design a space that truly feels like home. Michelle started by visiting our house to get a clear sense of the layout, taking measurements and thoughtfully considering which pieces would work best in each area.
We really liked how collaborative and detail-oriented the process was. After the initial design was done, we spent nearly half a day in their showroom working through options for textiles, colors, and finishes with Michelle and made sure that everything worked with our budget.
