I initially called to find out if they had the Fjords recliner we were interested in and was impressed by Linh's familiarity with stock on hand. At their Santa Clara showroom (which is packed with beautiful imported furniture), we purchased a floor sample and--with Linh's help--managed to fit it into our SUV and thus avoid a charge for delivery to Stockton.
