HopeTHRIFT, a non-profit thrift store chain, offers a treasure trove of gently-used clothing, housewares, and bicycles at its San Jose, Fremont, and Watsonville locations. Proceeds directly support Hope Services, transforming lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs since 1953. The stores provide a large space with aisles of merchandise to browse through, offering a wide variety of items at reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the clean and orderly environment, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff. One employee, Phil, is particularly praised for his fantastic service in pricing items without tags, making the shopping experience more convenient. While some reviewers find the pricing to be a bit expensive, like most thrift stores, they still consider HopeTHRIFT a good place to visit, especially when combined with a day of thrifting in the surrounding area. The stores are described as a "super store" with "interesting items" to hunt for, allowing shoppers to feel good about supporting a charitable cause.
Good place to thrift for cheap clothes and accessories. Items rotate in and out, so grab whatever you want before it eventually goes! They have specific sales depending on the color of the tag as well, so there's a lot of savings here :)

I have been donating items for years and they always are so gracious and helpful. I often buy toys for my grandson too. I can usually find some great items for just a few bucks. The store is clean and orderly and the staff is very accommodating

Staff was kinda rude. Other than that, pretty good thrift store.
