Because the ring carries a lot of sentimental value, we wanted to find a jeweler who would respect its meaning while helping us make a few changes. After doing research on jewelers who specialize in custom work, we decided to visit Dynasty Jewelers based on the consistently great reviews for Jorge and his son, Steven, and I'm so glad we did.
From our initial meeting, Jorge was incredibly welcoming and genuinely eager to help. My partner showed him photos of design ideas for resizing and updating the ring, and Jorge gave honest, thoughtful feedback about what would ultimately look best while still preserving the original character of the piece. He showed my son and I a few chains, and let him try it on. My son ended liking one of them. Very happy with our purchase and the customer service. Will be coming back for future pieces.”
