We are staying here more than a year and experience have been so positive with office staff ( Hannah, Samir) and maintenance team (Mike/Tim) on any queries or issues. We love the place and service.

Even though I arrived 30 minutes late for the home tour 😄, Samir was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the visit. Management is efficient and quick to handle any requests, which really stands out. A special mention to Hannah, the manager—she’s incredibly friendly, responsive, and always helpful, making interactions smooth and pleasant. The La Terraza team is also very welcoming and adds to the positive atmosphere!!
