Don't bother making an appointment ahead of time - you'll need to wait in a crowded reception room for 30-45 minutes regardless.

The receptionist was good and the place was overall clean. Just one suggestion, if there is a better way of collecting the urine samples instead of everyone keeping their samples in the same tray, that would be great. Also, some kind of freshener in the restrooms will also be helpful. Being pregnant, the smell was too strong... read full comment

I was in and out in 15 minutes. Easy check in. I did come early though. Provided my order for lab work. Blood draw was painless. And then I was on my way to watch her.
