“I like doing my laundry here, better then at my apartments bc it’s cheaper and more convenient for me. At my apartments it is $2.75 for a small load and I usually have 3-4 loads and it takes longer to finish and when I go to Safi Laundry Mat I can just throw everything in one load for only $8 and to dry it is only $0.25 and at my apartments it cost $2.00 to dry so I end up spending more. Safi is also always clean and has very helpful and friendly staff.”

“I recently sent my beloved corduroy jacket with white faux fur lining to Rex Cleaners, and I couldn't be happier with the results! After a year of wear without a wash, it had acquired some unsightly black marks. However, Rex Cleaners worked their magic and returned it to me looking as good as new. The faux fur lining was restored to its pristine white, and the corduroy fabric regained its original color and texture. “I’ve had my dry cleaning and alterations done here for the last 15 years or so. The owner and her daughter are so nice and down to earth. If I need something altered quickly. All mom says is “ok no problem” and flashes her smile. I moved to Daly City seven years ago and still drive there to take my dry cleaning and alterations. When you find nice people like them, why go anywhere else.”

After writing the review below, I read through previous reviews and realized this business really does not want any walk-in business. I suggest you go elsewhere, as all low Google reviewers are told to do so with a sarcastic "bye" from the owner. Despite my 5-star review, I shall not return and find a typical laundrymat.
REVIEW
This laundrymat was the most interesting and (by-far) the cleanest and best maintained laundromat I have I have ever done business with. But sadly, I must say it started off awkwardly.
When I arrived, I carried a laundry basket back and forth, looking for the entrance. I found this place because of Google search and had no idea it was membership only. I was ready to leave because I could not figure out how to enter, but I saw a doorbell. When a very nice lady answered the door, I was permitted to enter and offered a guest pass. Once inside, another man rang the laundromat doorbell and was denied entrance because there was only one guest pass at a time? To me, it was really weird and not easily understood as to what was going on?
After being informed how things went there, I have to say I would gladly become a member if I were to need a laundrymat repeatedly.
The premises were very well maintained, and all of the machines were also in really good shape.
This laundrymat does not use coins. The laundromatcustomer places money on a plastic membership card, and you use that card to operate the washers and dryers.
Despite being bewildered by the membership thing, this was the nicest laundrymat I ever used.
My only suggestion would be to make the entrance more prominent so as to not lose potential customers.”

“I've been bringing special items here for years and recently started bringing my collared work shirts so I don't have to iron them. The service is fast and friendly and best of all chemical-free. The natural cleaning products they use do an amazing job and leave no smell: the clothes are just fresh and clean.”

“Personally, I have always liked to come wash this place but this day, 2/14/24 in the morning, the person who was serving looked at me strangely and then looked at my clothes as if he had no right to wash, I think he got upset because while I was watching TV he I asked to change a ticket, I felt like I was stealing my own clothes. I had never had this problem. The staff has always been kind to me. I hope they take my message into account.”

“I love doing my laundry here, but most other customers here hog all the small washing machines instead of just using a couple of big ones. And they hog all the folding counters too. But the owner ((I think he's the owner)) is always very nice.”

“Camden cleaners is a gem. The owner, Jacqueline, is the sweetest lady and a hard worker. She remembers your name and has everything ready for you even with the short turn-around, or if you are like me and don't pick up your clothes for months, she doesn't reprimand you and just smiles. The clothes always look great and there's no artificial smell. The price is fair and reflects the quality this business provides. I'll be wearing my clothes forever thanks to Jacqueline and her team.”

“Brilliant technical work. I had 2 suit jackets that needed sleeves shortened+ Nancy showed me & took care of the additional details to the cut that so they would hang better on my frame .

The material of these jackets was challenging: referred to as "BeyondSoft fabric. A blend of TENCEL™ Modal, Polyester and Spandex.... the flexibility of scuba fabric but with a luxurious, soft-as-suede touch"

Of note: do call 1 day prior to expected pick up to ensure it's ready. Mine wasn't when I called, so I picked it up 1 day later (my fail safe plan allowed for it!)

To their credit, they mentioned that it was good practice to call in to check on progress just in case.

“I have my shirts and suits cleaned , always come out perfect. I recently took in a down comforter that had a spill on it . I was quite worried about it getting clean. I should not have been concerned. They did a great job and right on time. Love this place.”

“I have a large selection of clothes and rarely have to go laundry. But when I do I like coming to Wash America the staff is friendly, helpful, easy to talk to and cordial. The place is clean and kept up, even the restroom. The staff wears mask still though it's optional but careful is always better than, the opposite. There are vending machines in the premises and food store which is open during the day. The washers and dryers are still fairly new and effective, to add they are commercial type of washers so they are more reliable to do the job. I like this place and the staff is amazing, the man and woman who is staffed during the night when I come are very nice. Thank you for making this place easier to come to compared to the other places I prefer it here.”

“I love this laundromat, it's honestly the best one nearby and I live in downtown so it's only one exit over off the highway. All the other laundromats around me aren't as clean nor do they seem safe tbh. Everytime I go to the wash stop and do laundry the staff say hello and at this point they all know me in there lol! So friendly, great service, but please note , WED AND THURS are discount days so if you're like me and you don't like a crowd do not go on these days because it gets soooo crowded in there and it can be kind of frustrating having to say excuse me every 2 feet to get through the rows. Thats the only thing they need to fix is the size of the place ! Also, the prices are a bit steep but you get what you pay for these days right !?! I vote yes on a megawash n stop ✋️ ? ?

“The place is clean and spacious, it has a bathroom for clients. The washing machines are large and spacious. The dryers are large and quick to dry. You can pay with credit/debit card and cash. It has it's own parking lot but you can also park on the street.”

“I highly recommend Cleaner's Connection. They are friendly and very accommodating. I had brought a dress here to be dry cleaned and needed it the next day and they were able to get it ready for me. Since then I have brought in a couple of my husband's shirts and they always come back nicely pressed and clean.”

“Stop here pretty late to do two loads or may three loads of laundry. The machines were not where I was used to little bit the system was technologically about my pay grade. Had to load a card put cash in and then use the card and so on. Of course this guy here cannot get anything that is computerized operate correctly. So Francisco was prompt to step in when he saw me pushing too many buttons. Kindly asked me if I wanted help. And of course you know I used the opportunity to jump on it. Francisco was patient, kind and very professional. Did I walk towards the smaller loads of machines and before I realized it Francisco was standing right next to me radiator show me how the machine works. He instructed me and got the machine going. Before he had got there I had the clothes and the soap inside the machine. He asked me if I had the soap in there and I said Yes. he push the start button for me and the machine got going. With in a couple minutes I was standing there, I saw the machine just bubbling way too much more than it would normally. I watched it in the bubbles got worse and worse I told myself I might have put too much soap well there was no might have... So I just said you know what forget it I let the machine run and of course when it had spun it had left a lot of soap in there because of my lack of attention. So once the machine was done I ran it for one more time. Thinking that should wash everything off I mean the so of course. So the machine got going and again the machine got filled with soap bubbles and it was just dreading and embarrassing LOOKING AT It. I let it run to finish the cycle and of course at the end after it had spon there was a lots of soap and bubbles still left in it. After I had loaded my first round of laundry the first time, I had brought a gallon continue to fill up with water if I could wash the rain like poop deposits a flock of birds had deposited on my car earlier in the day. Mr Francisco watching me fill up the water container with water in a sink and sing me having a hard time feeling the container because the container was just a little bigger than the sink and it would not fit. Francisco was kind and caring enough to step over and asked me if I would consider using the utility sink that he would open the door for me to use. It took me into the utility sink and prompted to take lead and fill the gallon for me himself. Hand it to me and said hope that would work for me. I was really appreciative of his customer service. And then when my second round of rinsing and washing without soap the second time of course that I would additionally, I stepped to Mr Francisco's office and told him to scenario and said that I had a 5-gallon bucket in my trunk and I would appreciate it if you would let me rinse my soapy clothes so I didn't have to run my machine for the third time so it wouldn't cost me $12 he did not hesitate to tell me that he would be glad let me do that. I was in the utility room for at least 15 minutes trying to rinse my clothes. Of course the water splashing at cause the room to get wet. When I was done I went to grab the my bucket to clean it up as a courtesy, but Mr Francisco do not allow me to even clean my own mess he took the initiative and clean the room. I was really embarrassed and appreciative of his kindness. This man has a heart of gold. Very kind very professional very knowledgeable just a good person. He took care of the place like it was his own. Keep up the good job Francisco. I am sure that your employer appreciates you greatly.. thank you for being you Francisco.”

“Using a card to wash and dry is much easier than having to carry a bunch of change in your pockets, just don't lose or misplace your card. So glad I stopped going to the other laundromat. The attendants here are really helpful, especially the older Filipino gentleman, he's helped me out a couple times and I really appreciate it.”
