Lucky is a supermarket that offers a good variety of products, including a notable bakery selection. Many customers appreciate the creative and helpful staff, particularly in the bakery, where one customer praised a cake decorator for her amazing ideas and execution for a birthday cake order. Prices at Lucky have been noted as higher than some competitors, leading some customers to visit less frequently. While some shoppers find the prices a bit steep, especially for everyday items like cereal, others appreciate unique products like jalapeno ketchup and bakery items. Despite the appealing selection, long lines and indifferent self-checkout service have been mentioned as drawbacks. Overall, Lucky has a mix of appealing offerings and areas for improvement, making it a place worth visiting, especially for those looking for specific items or quality bakery goods.
Dated, shabby store. Prices on the shelf is different to the price at checkout, and no one can correct it. Long checkout lines. The Lucky app chops off the last 2 digits of your phone number, and there is no way to correct this, so you can't use the self checkout line. Clueless staff. Advertised items all sold out.
