Michaels in San Jose is a well-organized and clean store with a great atmosphere. It offers a large assortment of everything to create anything, including art supplies, fabric, yarn, frames, jewelry kits, and Cricut machines. The party supplies section provides decorations, balloons, and gift packaging all in one place. Customers report a lovely experience with very helpful employees who assist in finding items like ribbon, share promotions, and provide patient, fantastic service for custom framing. While generally excellent, there can be minor issues like a frame needing adjustment. The expansive, popular craft assortments and helpful personnel make it a place where people love to shop and choose to return.

Clean and organized. There was an employee that walked around and asked customers if they needed help but he never asked me (and I did need help). However the rest of the visit and other employees were amazing!

This Michael's location is always well stocked and well organized. The staff here is always welcoming and extremely helpful. The location has plenty of parking spots. Is an easy In and Out once you are done with your shopping.
