Lots of people. Parking usually full. Places do go shopping. It's a shopping centre. If you are coming here you know your coming here just be prepared to look for parking places. And not run over people.

Enjoy pho! My to go place for pho, its being run by couples and they are very friendly and the food tastes amazing and authentic!
