I won't be able to handle the monthly fee. Daljibhal is the Wells Fargo bank representative that helped me with the process. I have nothing negative against Wells Fargo. They provide awesome service and since it's because the pandemic. They are providing limited people in the bank to keep everyone safe. They also have hand sanitizer near the entrance so that is great. Wednesday is the bank tell that also helped me to withdraw my account. Everyone was kind, professional, and understanding with my situation.”

I don't feel comfortable asking "Dumb questions" as a young person who recently got a decent paying job and is new to banking with large amounts of money. The only reason I haven't left BofA is just because I haven't found a bank I like yet. However, today I got help from Alejandra, who didn't patronize me at all and answered all my questions without making me feel like I shouldn't have asked. Alejandra, even though it didn't look like much, you really changed my opinion of BofA!”
