“I have always had terrible experiences with BofA tellers. The tellers are often condescending and treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about. I don't feel comfortable asking "Dumb questions" as a young person who recently got a decent paying job and is new to banking with large amounts of money. The only reason I haven't left BofA is just because I haven't found a bank I like yet. However, today I got help from Alejandra, who didn't patronize me at all and answered all my questions without making me feel like I shouldn't have asked. Alejandra, even though it didn't look like much, you really changed my opinion of BofA!”
