I had this pair for two days. They were heavy on my feet. So I wanted to switch them for a lighter pair and I was denied. I brought my receipt and was very polite, but they refused and therefore lost a customer for life. I don't recommend this store at this point anymore.

First off, I'm never stepping foot in here again, the workers were rude and made racist comments to my mexican family. I overheard them calling us slurs and were laughing at us while we were shopping. I don't know why they did that all I wanted to do was get some shoes for my autistic cousin that is visiting the states from mexico. Really rude and uncalled for please don't go here if you don't want to be heavily disrespected.

This is my go to place to buy shoes since they always have the bogo deal, but lately their customer service has been awful. My sister purchased multiple pair of shoes and when she got home she noticed all the prices were incorrect. She went back to have it fixed and they gave her a hard time despite being their fault. I am never going back to this place and don't recommend this store.

Useless incompetent employees on Feb 28 refuse to exchange shoe sizes even though they have it in stock told me to go to Milpitas off Broadway shoes to return them... i asked for a return in that case and basically they were too lazy to process one? I don't understand why they refused to exchange sizes when I got two different ones from the other Broadway Shoes? Said to go back to the other store because its their inventory... talk about fucking lazy? Just give me the right size and order more stock? You're the same company, no?

Beware.. if you need to return shoes they must be completely brand new. They have 3-4 people inspect them to give you an answer. Personally, will not be recommending this store to anyone I know. Shoes hurt peoples feet sometimes, people work hard for their money. Shoes are important, I understand if the tags are missing; or if the shoes look really worn; even a no receipt, past return date; etc. They will not let you return the shoes under no circumstances. Please stick to shoe stores that care about your feet, &’ will accept even an exchange to suit your comfort. They just want your money. As so does any other business; but at least Sketchers, Hoka, many other brands will let you do one of the options. I’m very disappointed. I lost my money, my hardwork, &’ still stuck with painful feet. 0 stars if you ask me.

Yes I recommend this store. Went here to buy some slides in the middle of the winter and they had a decent selection. I also looked around a bit to see what else they had and liked some of the available shoes. Staff is nice and parking is easy. Make sure to have your receipt which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. In order to do an exchange you need to have the printed receipt as looking it up by phone number won't work and might cause you another trip.

Very rude customer service at the Curtner avenue, San Jose location. Yarali (customer service person) was at the counter and was extremely rude to many. A person ahead of me even threw away their purchase at the counter and left.

I don't know where to start. Well, I have been buying shoes from (Off Broadway Shoes) for quite a while now and usually have my shoes order online and come to the store for pick up. This time my girlfriend ordered me some shoes from here as a Christmas gift but this time after we payed for it, we never got called to pick them up and after we waited for a while we decided to go to the store to pick them up and when we got there, apparently we got scammed as the cashier that ring us when we payed, apparently she never ordered our our shoes and instead made us pay for someone's else's shoes without us knowing. With that committing fraud to us. After spending over two ours there trying to figure out if we were getting a refund or a new pair of shoes. The manager at the time (she was really nice by the way and really helpful) she contacted the store manager and the store manager basically called us liars and refused to give us a refund or even give us a new pair of shoes even though we showed them the bank statements and the transaction and also the receipt. I usually order my shoes from the Milpitas store and I have never face this issue before but this time we decided to order from this store since it was close to our house and this happened. Honestly I never experienced something like this before during all the times I have ordered shoes literally over two hours wasted. What was supposed to be a two minutes pick up became a two hour nightmare for I and my lady.I can happily say that I will never be coming back to this store and I recommend everyone to please check your receipt and take extra measures to confirm that the order you pay for was really the one you made. Be careful when buying shoes from this store. Don't expect help from the store manager of this store. (The female I'm assuming she was the manager of the morning shift, she helped us with the issue, they need more people like her, she was really helpful and did everything she could to help us) we thanks her a lot.

**This happened a few weeks agoI was in the area and in need of rain boots due to the weather. We arrived to the Curtner shopping mall and I immediately thought of Off Broadway. I wasn't exactly sure when they closed but saw a gentleman go to the door, open it, pause to talk to someone to the left of him and then walk in towards the retail space. I took this as a sign they were open and told my husband that I'd be quick since I just wanted to see their rain boots only. He went to Ross and I headed to Off Broadway. Before I entered I saw the store hours POSTED that said they closed at 9:00 PM. Knowing I had to be fast, I was ready to ask a store employee where the rain boots were and make a swift purchase, but I didn't even get the chance to speak. As soon as I got in, I heard someone shout that the store was closed. I turned to my left and saw SEVERAL employees standing in the corner eying me. They were not cleaning, organizing or doing anything that would indicate they were "closing" down. Just leaning on the counter (one was sitting on the counter), huddled together like they were in a chit chat session. I took a look around the store and noticed people were still shopping including the gentleman who had come in before me. I was so confused and embarrassed that maybe I had read the store hours wrong that I simply said "ok" and exited the store. Not my best response but the employees made me feel very uncomfortable. Before leaving to join my husband next door at Ross, I took one more glance at the store hours posted on the store and it said 9:00 PM was their closing time. My phone displayed 8:52 PM. Needless to say I went to DSW the following day and got what I needed. I am writing this in hopes that these employees can be better trained on how to handle "closing time" customers. When I came into the store all they would have needed to say was "Hello welcome in! Just a friendly reminder that our store is closing in __ minutes. Is there anything I can help you find?" If I was greeted with that then I would have asked for the rain boots, made my selection and been out by 9 PM.

When Im looking for shoes at an affordable price I come to Off Broadway to see the selection of shoes they have. They always have some kind of sale and their clearance rack has a good selection too. The have tons of tennis shoe to pick from in every color and style too. Some have a pop of color while others are more on the nutral side of you want to keep it simple. But, if you wan tome bling in your step they have that too. They have a rainbow of colors to choose from and some styles are reminisent of the 80's. Join thier rewards club for sale and coupons.
