Who's the moron that authorized removal of multiple phones at the hub? The phone now rings forever and ever before the employees can reach them. Honeslty I usually just hang up. I'm sure someone somewhere understands the business basic that time is money. "Other places" are able to answer their parts phone lines promptly or at least with ok-ish urgency, not saying your employees aren't trying. I know they are, but I also know that place is massive and the volume of calls for parts is extremely high. The current team there (in the hub) is the best ever..... but how many phone rings would you like me to hang on for? I have no qualms about anyone in the hub, they all do very admirably. As I said, they're the best team that place has ever had, hands down above and beyond the prior monkeys that ran and worked the place. I'm complaining at the upper management that removed the phones.I guarantee your sales tickets are less, transfers and shipping out is less, payroll is higher, productivity is lower, less communications, probably more mistakes, and on top of everything you're running your team harder.Not smart to pinch pennies on the phones.July is the best.Anthony is the best.Art is the best.Sabrina is the best.If you want them to do their job and earn you your bonuses give them all the tools they need and maybe some raises. It's 2024.

I am a mobile mechanic here.I went to disposal oil at 9:40 PM on December 3 and Luis did not want to help me because he said they only do that on the day time because of people. They had 3 employes and there was No line at all. This was the worse attending I ever had on O ralleys chain. Laziness, owner get attention to you manager the mechanics are the ones who stand for your business. No coming back to this unit.

Got apart was wrong ordered the right part went in later to get it It was wrong talk to the manager said he's going to leave it with my name on it I pick it up in the morning I went to pick it up no part no name no shit.. so the guy gave me another part I went out and tried it and guess what it was wrong again! I don't know who's in charge but they do not know what they're doing they said they shipped him apart as close as could be to the original... As far as I know clothes only counts in hand grenades and horseshoes not in car parts I won't be back

Thank you victor for not checking your mirrors when reversing out of a parking spot and almost running me over and then trying to instigate an altercation before speeding away very professional definitely a roll model for your team no doubt you deserve to be a district manager you show great composure and definitely do NOT have anger issues or weird insecurities you feel the need to puff your chest out for something that could’ve been a simple “my bad”

OmgI wish I could put 20 starsthis guy named Erick and his trainer named Josiah are the most beautiful peopleMy armrest broke in my carI got so many bruises and stab wounds on my arm from the nailsBut Erick from this store said he’d fix it for me .He offered to help me and fixed it for me in five minutes .Folks it’s no accident that I’ve never been at this store b4Btw , they didn’t pay me to say this either !But just know there’s still some good and very nice people in this evil world !these people were truly raised well and rightI cannot thank your both enough please managers you must give them a raise ,as I hope more people will see this and bless them by shopping here
