Horrible customer service from the first person you encounter to High top Management- first they gave the wrong battery (twice), argued with me because that's what they have in their computer system- and after burning my car , I went all the top to management and absolutely no one wanted to take responsibility. Very disappointing and the treatment they gave me was the worst experience I have experienced in my life. I have never been back and never will. Thank God for Auto Zone.

Their customer service for an auto parts store was actually really damn good. I just needed a couple jugs of windshield washer fluid, and was driving by so I stopped in. I was immediately greeted, by the two staff members who seemed engaged with the store, they checked in with me but I already knew what I needed. I've come here in the past for stuff and have always had a positive experience (2nd closest location to my house). They have always been eager to help - I think I needed oil last time, but the one I was looking for was out. They dropped what they were doing to dig into another box to find me what I was looking for. Most OReilly locations in my experience are actually pretty decent (like the one on blossom hill) but the staff here really stands out. Other chains like the one across the street... not so much.

I dont always go to this particular location when I was getting worked on on my vehicle nearby. So I was going there quite frequently this week. Not once did I have to wait in line always well staffed and well informed

Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional in replacing my car battery.Purchased the battery from the O'Reilly on Blossom Hill Rd but encountered a bizarre set of excuses from Brayan so came here and got the help I needed.

I've been coming here for many years and the people are always nice and even go above and beyond to help you out if you're having issues. I was there a couple of weeks ago because I was having a battery issue and the young man went out of his way to clean my battery prongs that were caked with some kind of white stuff it took him about 30 minutes. I tried to give him a tip and he wouldn't take it so I thought I would write a nice review. I highly recommend this place!

Wow! Excellent customer service. I was next door getting dog food and notice the mustang emblem had fallen off my old car. Went into O'Reilly to see if they had something to reattach the emblem. Rachel recommended an adhesive. She was even kind enough to apply it :)

Came here on a Tuesday in the pouring RAIN... because my car died (randomly)... I've been having this issue for a couple of months. Proof I shouldn't play the lotto. Anyways, showed up and just wanted to see if they could check my battery health. I walked in and apparently the newest employee looked like he was headed out but shyly asked if I need help. Asked if he could help me check my battery. Eventually he had to go and take care of a delivery and the manager, Rachel, came to help me out and finish. She didn't have a jacket and eventually wore a poncho. I am a little shocked at the battery price tag but the fact that you don't change your battery that often ...$300 isn't that big of a deal. But honestly for Rachel's help with installation, her explanations and throughly going through the process was well worth it. Customer service is great! She checked my old battery that had 0% because apparently I got there with a hope and a prayer. I had just jump started my car right before arriving. Rachel helped checked the new battery and my alternator ; both were fine. Honestly, all the employees asked if I needed help when I was walking in and out to see if I've been helped. They certainly kept the store tidy and clean. I was actually distracted by all the gadgets and tools I wanted to get but was pressed for time. My only recommendation is for corporate level. Please invest in providing an area that has an awning; like a couple of parking spots (with time constraints) just specifically for clients who are checking on battery, bulb installation, wiper installation, etc. just because on days with extreme weather such as rain or extreme heat. It'll definitely draw in clients and create better conditions for employees.

When my car would not start outside CVS, I went into O'Reillys. The store manager came out in the rain and checked my battery and jump started my car so I could move it nearer to O'Reillys. She changed my battery with efficiency and also realigned my air filter. I give her 5 stars as she is awesome!

Usually I only go here for my trucks anything, but this time I stopped in to return a phone mount that didn't work for my truck. The guy was so rude. I had it in the packaging and the receipt and he opened it while reading the little direction page, "where's this part?" pointing to pieces on the page without checking. Just with a rude manner. I almost felt guilty for something. And after all that I asked them to hook up the code machine and they were not willing to do it because of the COVID. The very reason I went there was because I drove by the day before and saw them going out to the car for another customer. And they proceeded to tell me "they need my ID because people steal it, and by the way it won't work once you leave the lot". I was like, "ok". Then they handed it to me , walked away without any explanation if how to operate it...it was just a bad all around experience and so the next time, I went directly across street to AUTOZONE and there was all the help I needed and spent $300 on parts.
