This is for the O'Reilly Auto Parts on Bernal and Santa Teresa. I was bummed my car battery went out on me, luckily someone gave me a jump start and they recommended I go to this auto parts store. The assistant manager Edward gave me a good recommendation on a replacement battery and helped me install it. I must say this kind of great service really turned my day around. Thank you Edward for the great job. I can tell you really enjoy your job and interacting with customers. 5 stars for Edward.

They staff is friendly and helpful I'd give 5 stars but couple times they have sold me the wrong part after assuring me it was correct but not big deal so solid 4.5 in my book

Staff here are very helpful. Willing to find a solution and give a helping ?️. Very ?.I remember the days of Grand Auto then Kragens and returning parts for the correct one ! Looking back it turned out I learned a lot more about the car and coping !! ??It's come a long way from then to now with the help from these guys ! ??

Went in to get my battery looked at and the worker, Johan was super friendly and helped us quickly. He explained what he was doing and when my battery turned out to be in good condition, he even checked my alternator. I appreciated the help!

My side mirror became loose after washing the car, then I went here to buy some glue. A bro said he was afraid that my mirror could not move after using glue, so he came out to see my car. Then he spent 1 min on it, and, fixed it! Really nice bro in the store. Made my week!

There's some middle age chick who doesn't know how to do her job, but she acts like it. They refuse to price match, and have sh!t customer service. Just go to the one on Snell/Blossom Hill, they're more professional.
