“Super helpful and friendly staff. Be kind to them - at the moment they are understaffed. Not only are they knowledgeable and give good advice, they did a great job with a paint color match situation. I needed to match a color and brought them a chip from the wall. They said if I took it to Home Depot or other big box store, they would just run it through the computer, mix the paint and give me the result. But with Kelly Moore, they do that same computer process, but then they spend time with the paint, and apply it to different surfaces and tweak the color if necessary until they are confident they are giving you as close a match as possible. This process took an extra day or two, but was worth it in the end to get a great match. They def go the extra mile. TY.”

“Holy moly, Kristin Montoya knows her colors! We are beginning a renovation and I was absolutely lost about what color tiles, quartz, backsplash, etc to choose. I came in here and spent an hour with Kristin and walked out with an interior and exterior paint palette that would make even the Property Brothers jealous! Kristin is calm, has an exceptional style sense, and is incredibly helpful. “I have been going to Benjamin Moore Creative Paint on Camden Avenue for many years. The customer service is outstanding. Both Ariel and Matt have helped me a great deal in selecting paint colors. I bring photos and samples (e.g., tile, bedding, fabric) to the store and Ariel helps me select the best colors for my project. Matt is usually at another store location but he has done a terrific job in custom matching paint. They are both fabulous!!! They have a great eye for color. And, of course, Benjamin Moore is the top quality paint! Plus, the small sample cans of paint colors are a real bargain and extremely helpful in finding the perfect color.”

“The Blossom Hill Rd Kelly-Moore Paints location is the South Bay District Office for the company. It's also open to the public for paint sales. I work close by to this store. Over the years, all of their employees have been friendly and nice to interact with. They have a large selection as this store is fairly large. The parking lot is huge and they've never given anybody flac for parking there for an extended period of time. Overall, this store will be missed. Hoping something can be turned around and reopened, only time will tell.”

“Yesterday went in and was helped by Matt for a large order for a renovation I'm working on with #Enterprise Painting. Matt was very patient with us while we confirmed the color choices and paint codes that we had chosen for interior and exterior which involved different color for exterior alcove, interior accent walls, door, etc. So Matt was patient and respectful of our process of being careful on that large of an order. He gave us his opinion (validated it) on our choice of exterior and my painter's choice for the type of cabinet paint (Durapoxy has two kinds). He loaded it for us. I appreciated his professionalism and wanted to give him and that location a shout out for great customer service.”
