This Sherwin-Williams Paint Store provides awesome and great customer service. The staff and team are solid guys who know the products and get things done quickly and efficiently. They are very helpful and dedicated, offering great guidance to help select paints. The assistant manager is noted as one of the best. The team works hard to help everyone, even mixing paint orders shortly before closing time. The store is highly recommended for its efficient service and knowledgeable, helpful staff.

Awesome customer service. Very helpful assistant store manager Alex. The Milpitas store didn't have elastomeric paint. I drove to San Jose after I spoke to Alex on the phone. They mixed 3 gallons for me 15 minutes before closing time.
