A horrible place to seek medical attention. They cancel you in 5-10 min buffer regardless their own long check in line even you need only 5 min of their time to write you a prescription. There is no empathy from the stuff. I wish to give 0 star here.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had a lab appointment for my son at 4:50, reached the at 4:52pm. Took me an hour to travel. The older guys just refused to do the test. He said the test will take 15mins and he has to leave by 5:00pm. Why the hell you allow an appointment if you can't do it.

The service here was awful. There was only one lady checking in the long line of people waiting for lab work. Even though we had an appointment, we still waited 40 minutes before even being called back for the blood draw. We usually go to PAMF Los Gatos, but thought we'd try this location. Never again!
